Our Yummy Man-Doo is a Korean Dumpling consisting of minced meat and vegetables wrapped in a thing piece of dough. Our Yummy Man-Doo include minced pork, tofu, onion, pumpkin, cabbage, green bean sprouts, and KIMCHI!! We have two major flavors currently, Kim-chi based or Pork based. Fried

Additional story to share about Mandoo,
It is usually enjoyed as an appetizer or as a snack but almost all Korean families prepares this dish on the first day of any new year by simmering manddo’s in a beef stock to make Mandoo Soup - we called ‘ MANDOO-GUK’.
