A renowned hospital in Karachi is seeking an experienced and motivated IT Officer to join its IT team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technology professional with strong expertise in server administration, network management, IT infrastructure, and end-user support to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Windows Servers, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and IT infrastructure
• Administer and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, switches, routers, and firewall devices
• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and organizational software applications
• Manage user accounts, email systems, access permissions, and Microsoft 365 services
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues
• Support hospital software, and other business applications
• Monitor system performance, backups, and information security controls
• Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and technical records
• Assist in IT projects, infrastructure upgrades, and digital transformation initiatives
✅ Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and technical support
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server Administration and Active Directory
• Experience with networking technologies, switching, routing, VPNs, and firewall management
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Administration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and user support capabilities
• Experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure in medium to large organizations
⭐ Preferred Qualifications
• CCNA, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certifications, or equivalent
• Experience in healthcare setup, or other mission-critical environments will be an added advantage
