~ How to place an order:
Orders can be placed via email. Another easy way to order is just fill out the order form by clicking on the contact us tab on the left side of this page.
~Payment Info:
For orders worth more than Rs.1000, 50 % advance will have to be given at least 3 days before the delivery date. If advance will not be given then order will not process further. For orders worth less than Rs.1000 on the spot payment at pick up time is applicable.
~Order Pick-up times:
pick-up time can be co-ordinated according to customer's needs.
~Urgent Orders:
Yes i do take urgent orders but it depends on the order, day etc. so few orders might be rejected as well.
~Packaging
Packing matters for most of the people. We provide all orders in simple ordinary packing. For special and decorative packing, extra charges will apply. We can also decorate your orders (baskets, ribbons, bows, cellophane etc. ) but such packing will have to be asked for in advance so that we can arrange the materials.
