Donuts
Ingredients:
Maida – 1 cup (120 g)
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Baking soda – ¼ tsp
Namak – chutki bhar
Anday – 1 medium
Cheeni – ½ cup (pisi hui)
Doodh – ½ cup (room temp)
Oil ya melted butter – 2 tbsp
Vanilla essence – ½ tsp
Method
Maida, baking powder, baking soda aur namak ek bowl mein chhaan kar mix kar lein.
Alag bowl mein anday, cheeni, doodh, oil aur vanilla essence whisk karen.
Dono ko mila kar smooth batter banaen (zyada thick na ho)
Agar zyada thick ho to 1–2 tbsp doodh aur daal dein.
Preheat:
Donut maker ko 3–5 minutes preheat karen (jab ready light jale).
Grease: Light sa oil brush karen maker ke andar.
Fill: Har donut mould ko ¾ tak fill karein (zyada na daalein warna overflow hoga).
Lid band kar ke 3–4 minutes tak bake karein. Donuts golden aur fluffy ho jayein to nikal lein.
Chocolate Dip
Ingredients:
Chocolate – 100 g (bar ya chips, chopped)
Tetra pack cream – ½ cup (100 ml)
Method:
Cream ko ek pan mein halki aag par garam karein (boil nahi karni, bas bubbles aane se pehle tak).
Gas band kar dein aur chopped chocolate cream ke andar daal dein.
1–2 minute ke liye chhod dein, phir spoon se mix karen jab tak smooth aur shiny sauce na ban jaye.
Thoda thanda hone dein (jab halki si thick ho jaye) aur phir apne donuts ko usme dip kar dein.
