Nostalgic images of culinary experiences from your past perhaps from your childhood, high school or college days or even from half way across the globe can be reinvented by us. Some of you like to travel or have gone abroad for study may have developed obsessions with certain types of food-comfort food. You know who you are and you know how hard it is to control that craving. Those of you who have settled back home from abroad know that craving well and cannot resist the temptation. But flying off to such destinations may not be terribly feasible. We can teleport you into that ‘flavor universe’ and recreate that dish you once devoured from your favorite place in absolute and ritualistic detail. On occasion we showcase our series: Cuisines of the World. Our chefs travel the globe to find the most exotic foods and spices and buy choice ingredients globally. We then bring it all back home. Then under strict supervision at our state of the art facility newly developed at Myra's Kitchen we reproduce these dishes for all to enjoy and order! Myra's Kitchen observes the highest hygiene standards and uses high quality choice ingredients bought locally and internationally. A significant portion of our income goes to charity projects under led by our own non-profit organization dedicated to female child education and sustainable renewable energy production. Sustainability and low carbon footprint is part of our value system and care is taken to ensure production and all Kitchen operations conform to acceptable levels of embodied energy consumption and zero carbon emission.
