We held a picnic… in Hyde Park, London 🌿

In collaboration with Serpentine Galleries and , we hosted a picnic in the park.

Great picnic fare, terracotta pots, striped linen, daisies. Tables set under the trees.

Thank you to and for bringing Torba to London for the very first time.

We loved every minute.

For us, this was about creating a neighborhood market that celebrates community, we chose the bridge for a reason.

This market was never meant to be a recreation of our market at QF. It was an Ode to QQ’s great community.

Our pop up does end at Eid. In November we’ll be launching a larger more expansive market.

We’ll have a big focus on workshops, learning things by hand and community participation next season.

See you in Eid ❤️

بالنسبة لنا، كان هذا السوق يدور حول خلق أجواء حيّة تحتفي بالمجتمع، ولهذا اخترنا الجسر تحديدًا.

لم يكن هذا السوق يومًا محاولة لإعادة احياء سوقنا في المدينة التعليمية، بل كان تحيةً لمجتمع قناة كارتييه الجميل وروحه المميزة.

تختتم هذه النسخة المؤقتة خلال أيام العيد، وعلى موعد معكم في نوفمبر بإطلاق سوق أكبر وأكثر اتساعًا.

وسيكون تركيزنا في الموسم القادم بشكل أكبر على الورش، وتعلّم المهارات اليدوية، ومشاركة المجتمع بشكل أوسع.
