The significance of the month of Ramadan (রমজান) in Islam is immense, both spiritually and socially. It is considered the holiest month in the Islamic calendar, and here are some of the key virtues and benefits of this blessed month:
1. Revelation of the Qur'an
Ramadan is the month in which the Qur'an was revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The night of Laylat al-Qadr (The Night of Power), which falls in the last ten days of Ramadan, is considered the holiest night, and it is believed that the Qur'an was revealed on this night.

This is a time for Muslims to seek forgiveness for past sins and strive for a closer relationship with God.
