I designed a board to hang at our shop — “Baby Angel’s Homemade Crocodile Broth.”

When I received it, it truly meant so much to me. It represents 9 years of hard work and the whole process of my entrepreneurial journey. There were happy moments, sad moments, moments full of worries, and also moments full of satisfaction, fulfilment, and meaning.

We are not looking for a perfect life. What truly matters to us is the experience, the learning process, and how entrepreneurship helps us grow and improve. Nothing is perfect, but we learn from every mistake. Every mistake is actually a gift for us.

From the very beginning, it was about finding our own soul, finding what we truly love to do, and creating something meaningful that can fulfil our hearts while also helping society.

Living through these experiences has given me so many thoughts, ideas, and reflections. I spent so much time learning, researching, reading, testing, doing R&D, and trying for years before we officially launched our products.

Day by day, month by month, year by year — we learned through every process. We listened to parents’ pain points, and I personally recorded them down. Those pain points slowly became the direction of our business — to truly support parents on their parenting journey.

That’s why our concept has always been close to parents. We talk to them, and we opened a retail store so we could have closer communication with parents, grandparents, and families who walk in to chat with us. We wanted to create a cozy, warm, and clean environment where parents feel comfortable walking in.

We wanted to create an atmosphere of love — to tell them, “No worries, we are always here to support you.”

This has been our 8–9 year journey since 2017, when I was pregnant with my first child.

Thank you to all the parents. Thank you to every sister and brother who texted us, updated us about your child’s situation, and shared good news with us. Thank you for your words and encouragement to our team and myself.

It truly means so much to us. The fulfilment we feel from this journey is deeply touching. ❤️

This message came in at 7.48 in the morning. A little girl. High fever. Coughing badly. Only 5 packets left. We arranged same-day delivery. She drank two packets by lunchtime. One of the pain points parent facing is baby is picky eater and some even not start solid food above 1 years old and the main intake is still milk . I wanted to help them find the reason and let work together to observe and the root cause that baby refuse to eat .

To the mummy who has been up at 3am listening to her child cough 💛
It’s okay. I feel you. I’m a mother of two as well. Few years ago, both my children were diagnosed with bronchitis. Josie was 3 months old . My baby boy was just 1. We went to the clinic again and again. The cough kept coming back.I was scared. Because I have asthma myself — I knew what it felt like to struggle to breathe. And I didn’t want that for my children. Then I remembered my grandfather. Our family has a TCM background — 50 years of tradition. He taught me about crocodile tail collagen. How to prepare it. How to cook it slowly and honestly. I tried it on my own children first. I would never give your child something I hadn’t given mine.
Slowly — their lungs got stronger. The cough stopped coming back. Today my son is 5 years old. My girl is 8 years old. Strong, active, healthy. 💪 If you are that exhausted mummy right now — you are not alone. And there is a gentler way forward.
