Ever wondered what it takes to get that perfectly fresh fish onto your plate? ๐ We were thrilled to collaborate with the awesome community at Chestnut Neighbourhood Committee to take 30 passionate foodies on an exclusive, behind-the-scenes tour of the iconic Jurong Fishery Port!
As the sun was still asleep, our participants were wide-eyed, immersed in the electrifying energy of Singapore's largest seafood hub. We shared an insider's look into the hustle and bustle of the seafood business โ itโs a world that never sleeps!
