包饺子其实不太考验厨艺，但真的很花功夫。从挑菜、洗菜、切菜、炒馅，到一个个包好捏紧封口，一步都省不了。用的食材越多，备料就越花时间。有时候在厨房忙活大半天，包出来的分量可能只够一家人吃一两顿，喜欢吃水饺的人，都不会只吃几个就停口。

大批量机制的素菜水饺，馅料采用机器统一切碎，切得太细，口感容易软绵，切得太规整，又少了蔬菜该有的嚼劲。吃进嘴里，总觉得“有皮没馅”，没什么实在感。

如果你喜欢吃水饺，又不想自己动手，也吃腻了“吃不到菜“的素水饺，来试试我们手工做的纯素水饺。馅里藏着实实在在的色彩：翠绿色的菠菜、橙色的红萝卜、白色的沙葛、褐色的香菇、黑色的黑木耳、还有吸饱汤汁的豆包。全手工切配，蔬菜颗粒有自然大小，每一口都饱满扎实，看得到蔬菜，吃得到蔬菜，那是机器做不出来的“层次感”。

因为纯手工制作，每做一批的数量都不会多。虽说冷冻可保存1-3个月，但还是建议大家不要囤货，只希望送到你手里的每一颗水饺，都对得起这份期待。
