*Steps For Cooking Shrimp Dumplings*

Advise to finish it within a month as there is no Preservative added, all freshly made Dumpling. If the freezer is cold enough can keep even longer.

1) Take out required amount of dumplings from freezer and keep the remaining back to the freezer.
*Do not have them all defrosted, then refreezed them again, this will make the meat lose its freshness, the tender

ness & degrade the taste overall.

2) Defrost your dumplings, in the mean time. Prepare to boil water/soup.

3) Once boiled, put in dumplings and cook it till the dumplings floats, after which; turn down the fire or turn down the power for induction cooker users, let the dumplings simmer for another 1 min or so.

4) Delicious shrimps dumplings are ready to be served!

5) One may also prepare "xiao bai cai" to be poached, to be eaten with the dumplings.
