[NEW RECIPE ALERT] 🌶️🔥

Turn up the heat with this bold Ayam Kicap Pedas, made with juicy Sadia Chicken Thigh. Packed with aromatic spices, rich sweet soy sauce and a fiery kick of chilli, it’s a dish that brings big flavour to the table.

Here’s how ⬇️
1️⃣ Rub Sadia Chicken Thigh with salt and turmeric. Set aside for 15–20 minutes.
2️⃣ Air fry at 180°C for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
3️⃣ Blend shallots, garlic, lemongrass and ginger into a smooth paste.
4️⃣ Sauté the paste with chilli paste until fragrant, then add curry leaves, oyster sauce and sweet soy sauce.
5️⃣ Toss in the chicken and chilli padi until evenly coated. Serve hot and enjoy.

Turn everyday ingredients into something truly satisfying with this comforting bowl of Mee Rebus, made with Sadia One by One Chicken Breast.

Here’s how ⬇️
1️⃣ Pan-fry Sadia One by One Chicken Breast, dried shrimps, and firm tofu until golden. Dice the tofu.
2️⃣ Whisk mee rebus paste with water, bring to a boil and simmer until slightly thickened.
3️⃣ Blanch hokkien noodles, add bean sprouts, then drain well.
4️⃣ Pour the rich gravy over the noodles and sprouts.
5️⃣ Top with boiled egg, chilli padi, celery, fried shallots, dried shrimps, and tofu. Serve immediately.

Ring in the Chinese New Year with Crispy Sweet and Sour Beef — Sadia Ribeye Aged from MeatMen tossed in a sweet and sour sauce with crunchy carrots. Perfect for a festive table or a quick home-cooked treat!

Here’s how ⬇️
1️⃣ Thaw and slice Sadia Ribeye Aged, then toss with baking soda.
2️⃣ Marinate with sesame oil, ginger, egg white and seasoning for 30 minutes.
3️⃣ Mix tomato sauce, hoisin sauce, bean chilli condiment, sugar, and red chilli for the sauce.
4️⃣ Coat beef in cornflour and fry until golden brown.
5️⃣ Toss fried beef with the sauce and carrots, then serve immediately.
