Too rush to prep a meal? Just five minutes and a microwave can save the day. Just kale, beef bolognese, pasta and cheese, give it a quick heat and it’s done.

Ingredients
• Precooked pasta 60g
• Kale 5g (finely chopped)
• Nanimom Beef Bolognese 1 sachet
• Mozzarella as per your preference

1. Add the cooked pasta and finely chopped kale into a microwave safe bowl.
2. Pop in the frozen beef bolognese sauce.
3. Cover & microwave for 1 minute
4. Add pasta and cheese, mix well (The heat will melt the cheese)
5. Serve warm!

Used to add milk for creaminess, but soy milk surprised me, it makes the broth light and refreshing without being too milky

Got a bunch of DMs after the mac & cheese story asking how I made that cheese sauce, so I thought I’d share it here! It’s super easy, I promise 😆 equal portions of white sauce and pumpkin sauce, a bit of milk, and cheese. That’s it! Creamy, smooth, and so tasty 😋
