Every accompaniment is handmade in small batches with local ingredients: earthy buah keluak, fragrant makrut lime, tangy assam. Each paired to a cheese that brings out something new in it!

Our favourite chef Gravy Baby 🔥Gravy 🔥Baby 🔥 has created accompaniments for our cheeses, using local ingredients such as earthy Buah Keluak, zesty Makrut lime, and tangy Assam paired with our cheeses for a Peranakan-inspired tasting experience like no other.

A historic gem from the Dordogne, bathed three times in walnut liqueur from Distillerie du Périgord and matured in wicker baskets (hence the beautiful woven pattern on every wheel).

Soft, creamy paste with delicate notes of coffee butter biscuit, and a bold walnut punch from the dark, distinctive rind. Some cheeses make you wonder where they've been all your life. This is one of them.

Celebrate Singapore's birthday in the best way we know and love, through our food! We have collaborated with 🔥Gravy 🔥Baby 🔥 to create the most Singaporean cheese platter yet. 🇸🇬

Iconic Nyonya dishes have been transformed into delicious accompaniments for cheese, featuring Nasi Ulam Crackers (using Makrut lime leaves), Sun-dried Tomato Assam Toasts, and a local favourite, Hae Bee Chilli Jam. All handmade in small batches. 💛

Explore the combination of these Nyonya flavours with creamy and decadent cheeses. This platter also makes a great conversation starter at any gatherings. ✨
