It’s easy to blame others when mistakes happen; I have seen this countless times. Many people who hold leadership positions throw their team under the bus when errors are made and fail to take any reasonability for anything in their department and, by extension, their organization.

Insecure and weak leaders hate admitting that anything has gone wrong and will try to spin the situation to their advantage, but true leaders are humble enough to admit their mistakes, stand up for their team and create an environment that allows people to learn from their mistakes as opposed to hiding them.

IF YOURE TRULY FAITHFUL

Nobody wants to hear it but,

If you truly want to be faithful, You will have to cut off from a lot of people and activities.

Major social activities will be with your partner in hand, Your close friends and family members.

All this - I love my partner but I’m catching feelings for a toaster - wouldn’t have been possible if you had respected your relationship enough and stayed off.

You cannot be in a promising relationship and still encourage admirers. You must manually stop yourself from drawing too close.

Because there are admirers out there, all the want is your attention, the moment you give it to them, they will break through your defenses.

So stop gambling. Cut off. You know what these men/women want from you stop pretending and do the needful.

No more visiting random guys or inviting girls over for what exactly? No more besties with the opposite gender.

Being faithful requires your full attention in body and mind.

You cannot live all freely and seductive with people you are not dating and still claim to be faithful. Are you okay?

The first stage of cheating is mental, s*x is only a manifestation of what has already happened in your head.

If you truly want to be faithful,

You must be rude to some, a snub to others and boring to many because you know what comes next and you are not interested.

DO YOU KNOW THE CALENDAR WE USE IS FROM AFRICA?
Do you know that the lunar calendar the world uses today was adopted from Egypt?
Yes, it was Julius Caesar who found a way to align the Roman civil calendar with the lunar calendar.
What he simply did was getting an Alexandrian astronomer, Sosigene in about 44BCE to do the reconstruction.
The number of months per year, the number of days per month, including the number days in the year - 365+one quarter days that translates to 366 days every 4 years (Leap Year) are adopted with exactitude from Egypt.
The Egypt is actually that owned by the Kemets and Nubians, pure blacks, long before Arabs migrated there in about 700AD with Islam.
However, Whites wrote books that told us that NOTHING about knowledge came from Africa.
Time to reeducate the African

One day someone asked me, "Where does the name "LOU" originated from?" And what is it connection with your motto "BORCHAR" like when you are saying 'BORCHAR, LOU-NUER'

My answer was that, LOU which is grey in English is the combination of the two colors white (Bör in Thoknath) and black (cär in Thoknath) which means:-
Bör (white) + Cär (black) = BÖRCHÄR

Besides, this two colors represent PEACE for the white color and WAR for the black color, I don't know if you're learning!

In Malawi a book titled: "HOW TO CHANGE YOUR WIFE IN 30 DAYS" sold two million copies in one week, before it was discovered that the title had a spelling error!

The correct title is: "HOW TO CHANGE YOUR LIFE IN 30 DAYS". After the correction, for the whole month, only 3 copies were sold.

MORAL LESSON: Nobody wants to change himself/herself, but they'll do everything to change someone else"...

Let's strive to change ourselves first.
Let's be patient and tolerate one another. We are born to live together. Love is life and life is love.

The easiest way to change people is to change the way we respond to them, so it starts with us. Please read 2 Chronicles chapter 7 verse 14. Change before you can change someone's.
