🚨 BREAKING NEWS | DEADLY CLASH REPORTED IN KONGOR BOMA, LEKUANGOLE COUNTY — GPAA

Fighting has reportedly erupted between the Kurenen and Thubezwa age-set groups in Kongor Boma/Payam, Lekuangole County, within the Greater Pibor Administrative Area (GPAA).

According to preliminary reports received this evening, the reported casualties are:

đź”´ Kurenen: 22 killed, 9 wounded
đź”´ Thubezwa: 10 killed, 18 wounded
⚠️ Total reported: 32 dead and 27 wounded

The situation remains tense. Further updates will be shared as more reliable information becomes available.

The mock examination has successfully commenced, with the first paper completed smoothly. The presence of education leaders demonstrated strong support for the learners and the ongoing efforts to improve education standards in Greater Pibor Administrative Area.
