first and foremost Let me take these important moments to highlight most of the experiences I have learned and I came across during my two terms as a CHD director for the Nyirol County health department.
1: I have learned that civil servants are the most vulnerable groups even if you have done enough to the community at the end point no appreciation given to you as a human being.
2: I have learned that civil servants are the first@Frontline examples of medics during outbreaks of any diseases. you will see yourself within that situation as a civil servant while there is no recognition end point And etc
my advice as a civil servants
let the traders remain as they are on their jobs and let everyone remain on their jobs even if you don't have an appointment remember that.
is you who will direct the community into the right directions
3: if you get an appointment And you are very happy for that appointment please next time if it happens that you're relieved from any positions please take notes that the position does not belong to you it belongs to the instructional government department and allow others to get involved with that position.dont mentioned that this is my office it's the office of the government not your office and don't a cusses any concerns bodies in regards it will return back to your image in the nearest future
be very happy during your period of the appointments and again be very happy during your relieve out of the office
don't create tension and don't create mistrust between you and to your line manger.

The Anyuak have been attacking the Nuer several times, and we all notice that they will likely attack us again, as they have in the past. What I wanted to advise every G*T NUERI who holds any positions in Gambella gevoremant operations if you find yourself that you won't be able to say or do anything instead of silently please for sake of Nuer tribe and avoid curses step down handover the chair to someone who may says or do something when the Nuer get kill, i remember when Mr Gatluak Ruon Jal become as a vice president of Gambella we all support him with love and joy thinking that there will be different between him and Thangkuey Jock for his first spoked he premise us with these five things 1. protection 💪 2.Water 💦 3.Road 🛣️ 4. hospital 🏥 5. Education 🎓 if he fails to fulfill his premise I don't think there will be a difference between him and Thangkuey Jock, even if you're willing to be a Gambella president if you can't do these five things that we're looking for nobody I'll like you that's why our community thought 💭 go back to Mr Gatluak Buom Pal because he used to mention these five things several, and I believe for his words 🗣️ if it's him on operations as vice president, I believe something could be done ✅ by now, and the same reason Nuer are remembering Gatluak Tut Koat is that he stood for Justice ⚖️ of the Peace, he can't betray Nuer. These are Anyuak attacked the UN staff were killed in their UN cars, patients were killed in an ambulance 🚑 , prisoners were killed in prison by prison police members because of their identity, 18 students were killed in a bus because of their colour, 45 refugees, including children, were killed in one bus, and Seventh Day Adventist and Presbyterian Churches were attacked. All those incidents were committed by elites and their militias from the Anyuak ethnic group. However, there is no such crime committed on the Nuer side. If we don't have a good leader like Gatluak Tut Koat, I don't think there will be a change
