ไข่เจียว… ไก่ตัวน้อยที่เติบโตมาท่ามกลางความอบอุ่นของมือลูกค้าทุกคน
ด้วยความเอ็นดูที่ทุกคนมอบให้ เขาเลยเข้าใจไปเองว่า “คน” คือครอบครัวของเขาจริง ๆ

หรือบางที… เขาอาจจะคิดว่าตัวเองเป็นหมาก็ได้ 🐶
เพราะเดินไปทุกโต๊ะอย่างมั่นใจ แวะทักทายทุกคน แถมยังแอบไปชิมปลากรอบของพี่เฟ่กับเอแคร์อีกด้วย

จะเป็นคน เป็นหมา หรือเป็นไก่… ก็แล้วแต่ไข่เจียวเถอะค่ะ
สำหรับเรา เขาคือครอบครัว 🤍

วันนี้เป็นวันแห่งความรัก เราเลยอยากรวบรวมภาพความทรงจำของทุก ๆ คน
ที่คอยมอบความรักให้น้องตั้งแต่วันแรกที่เพิ่งออกจากไข่ จนเติบโตมาถึงวันนี้

ขอให้วันวาเลนไทน์ปีนี้ เปิดหัวใจของทุกคนให้กว้างและเบิกบาน
ส่งต่อความรักให้กับคนที่คุณรัก และสัตว์ร่วมโลกของเราด้วยนะคะ

ปีนี้ตั้งใจว่าจะร้องเพลงอย่างน้อยวันละเพลง
เพื่อฝึกความกล้า — ใครมีปัญหาเรื่องเขิน เรามาแจมกัน!
บางที เขิน + เขิน = หายเขิน ก็มีนะ :)

ไม่ว่าจะเป็นน้องหมาน้องแมวขนฟู
เสียงเพลง อาหารจานโปรด
หรือแค่พื้นที่ที่ทำให้รู้สึกสบายใจ

ทั้งหมดคือ ”สื่อกลาง“
ให้คนที่ไม่เคยรู้จักกัน ได้เริ่มรู้จักกัน
ถ้าใจเราเปิด
ต่อให้เป็นช่วงสั้น ๆ connection ดี ๆ ก็เกิดขึ้นได้เสมอ

ที่ BaanBiome

If the fats in your body could talk, these two would have the most to say:

1️⃣ CLA – “I’m the ultimate fat manager”

Another wonderful Saturday at BaanBiome, full house style! ✨

Our hearts are so full seeing lovely guests of all generations hanging together in this space. The good vibes were flowing, and we witnessed the kindest thing: tables being generously shared with strangers. It’s true what they say—friends are just strangers you haven’t met yet. We truly love having a space where that new connection can happen.

And let’s be real, our furry friends here are the best conversation starters! They connect us all, making us smile and opening our hearts a little more easily. What is a life worth if we don’t share experiences with others?

So here’s our hope: to see you all come here with that same positive spirit. Even when every seat is taken, there’s always room for a shared smile, a chat, and a beautiful moment of connection.

Lastly, a tiny shout-out! 🎉 Wishing our coolest little chick, KaiJeaw, a very happy one-month birthday today! She’s growing up right here in the middle of all this love.

เป็นวันธรรมดาที่ไม่ค่อยธรรมดาเลยค่ะ 😆
ทั้งสนุก ทั้งวุ่นวาย บางทีก็มึนไปเลย

ขอบคุณลูกค้ามาก ๆ ที่มาใช้บริการที่ BaanBiome Wellness Cafe 💚
แถมยังช่วยกันดูแลน้องไข่เจียวกันอย่างอบอุ่น 🥰
โดยเฉพาะวันศุกร์ที่ผ่านมา บอกเลยว่าสนุกจนหัวใจเต้นแรง ทำอะไรแทบไม่ทัน 😂

น้องไข่เจียวเป็นเด็กติดมือคนค่ะ พอไม่มีมืออยู่ใกล้ ๆ ก็ร้องลั่นทันที 📣
ลองเอาไปคืนพ่อแม่ตัวจริงแล้ว… แต่ไม่รับค่ะ แถมยังไล่จิกอีก 😅
น้องเลยสรุปเองว่า “คน = แม่” 🤍

ขอบคุณทุกมืออุ่น ๆ รอยยิ้ม และเสียงหัวเราะที่มอบให้กับน้อง ๆ
ไม่ว่าจะเป็นน้องหมา น้องกระต่าย หรือน้องไก่ 🐶🐰🐥

A Tiny Chirp, A Big Pause 🐣

This past Saturday was a beautiful, chaotic whirlwind! A close friend’s wedding meant we had tried to announce a closure, but we know not everyone checks our IG (we get it!). So when our lovely customers showed up, we decided to open our doors—and boy, did it become a joyful, packed Children’s Day celebration!

The kitchen went into superhero mode, wishing for four arms and ten hands. Every table was full, the energy was high, and we were pouring our hearts into every order.

Then, at 13:45, in the middle of the lunch rush, as Pretty was making a kimchi omelette… cheep, cheep, cheep!

A tiny sound. We thought it was a phone alarm at first… until we realized: Our first baby chick had hatched! 🥹

After months of trying with our incubator, our little miracle chose the busiest possible hour—on Children’s Day of all days—to say hello.

Everything paused. The stress melted. Pretty announced it to the dining room, and suddenly, customers young and old gathered around, sharing a moment of pure wonder. It was the most perfect, unplanned Children’s Day gift.

Real mom and dad are still a bit confused (In denial mode) but Omelet loves snuggling in warm, gentle hands. So if you visit and have a calm moment, you might like to help as an honorary part-time nanny while we prep your orders—supervised cuddles only, of course!

Thank you to everyone who shared this magical surprise with us, and for your incredible patience and warmth on such a bustling day. For a calmer, chick-cuddling visit, weekdays are lovely—and a quick call ahead always helps us welcome you best. 💛

Friday’s Vibe 😍 ขอบคุณทุกคนที่เอ็นดูน้องๆในบ้านท้ายซอยของเรานะคะ
มีความสุขทุกครั้งที่เห็นรอยยิ้มของทุกคนเวลาอยู่กับพวกเขา

ลูกค้าถามบ่อยเลยว่า “มีแมว หมา กระต่าย ไก่…แล้วแยกกันอยู่ไหมคะ? อยู่ร่วมกันยังไง ไม่กัดกันเหรอ?”
คำตอบคือ…เขาอยู่ด้วยกันได้นะ! แต่อาจงงกันเล็กน้อย
ไก่→งงว่าตัวเองเป็นหมา
หมา→นึกว่าตัวเองเป็นคน
กระต่าย→ลืมไปแล้วว่าเป็นเหยื่อของหมา
สรุปคืออยู่กันแบบงงๆ แต่รักกันดีค่ะ

ที่มาของคำว่า “ไบโอม” (Biome) — ก็คือระบบนิเวศที่สิ่งมีชีวิตหลากหลายอยู่ร่วมกันอย่างสงบ
เราก็หวังว่า…มนุษย์เราก็น่าจะทำแบบนี้ได้นะ
โลกคงน่าอยู่ขึ้น โดยเฉพาะในประเทศ “หมาอำนาจ” (ขอแซวเบาๆ นะคะ 😙)

As 2025 winds down, we’d like to take this moment to thank The Cloud Magazine and all our customers who stopped by our space and shared in our story. 🙏🧡

ขอขอบคุณนิตยสาร The Cloud ที่มาบอกเล่าเรื่องราวของ “บ้านไบโอม” ที่แวะมา แม้ร้านจะซ่อนตัวอยู่ปลายซอยเล็กๆ
จุดเริ่มต้นของเรา มาจากประสบการณ์สุขภาพของตัวเองและผู้สูงอายุในครอบครัว ที่พบกับปัญหาต่างๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น เบาหวาน ภูมิแพ้ และอัลไซเมอร์ ซึ่งการรักษาด้วยยาได้แค่ประคองอาการ ไม่สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาที่ต้นตอได้

การค้นคว้าทำให้เราเข้าใจว่า ปัจจัยการใช้ชีวิต โดยเฉพาะ “การเลือกกิน” คือกุญแจสำคัญ เราได้เห็นพลังของอาหารและจุลินทรีย์ที่ดี ว่าถ้าเลือกถูกก็ช่วยให้ร่างกายฟื้นฟูตัวเองได้อย่างน่าทึ่ง แต่การหาร้านอาหารที่ทานแล้วไม่เกิดการอักเสบแทบไม่ได้เลย เราจึงตัดสินใจทำ “ทางเลือก” นี้ขึ้นมา

เราดีใจที่เห็นคนใส่ใจสุขภาพมากขึ้น และเริ่มมองอาหารไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องรสชาติ แต่เป็นได้ทั้ง “ยา” ที่รักษา และ “ต้นเหตุ” ของโรค แล้วก็แอบมีความหวังเล็กๆ ถ้ามีคนเข้าใจเรื่องการอักเสบจากอาหารมากขึ้น เราก็จะได้เห็นร้านอาหารที่ดีต่อสุขภาพเพิ่มขึ้นไปด้วย
