Job Vacancy Announcement

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant (Admin) to join our Logistics team.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, and bank reconciliations.
• Support in preparing financial reports, expense tracking, and budget monitoring.
• Maintain accurate filing of financial documents and administrative records.
• Process accounts payable and receivable in a timely manner.
• Assist with payroll preparation and related documentation.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal departments for administrative and financial matters.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by the Finance or Admin Manager.

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting or administrative.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills.
• Must be able to communicate in Thai (writing,reading and speaking).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Office Hour – Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
