Hi! I’m Susan, and I’m excited to share my love for Thai food with you. I was born near Chiang Mai and grew up watching my mother cook for our village. She taught me that great food comes from the heart, no matter what ingredients you have.

That’s why my cooking classes focus on real, homemade Thai food—not the tourist-style dishes, but the flavors that Thai people truly eat. Whether you want to explore a local market with me, learn to adjust recipes to what you have at home, or just master your favorite Thai dish, I’m here to guide you—right in your own kitchen!

I first realized how much people love my cooking when my French boyfriend stayed with me for two months. Every day, he asked me to teach him so he could cook Thai food back home. Now, I want to do the same for you!
