🍕 Throwback time!
When I was a kid, if you asked me what my absolute favorite pizza was… I would proudly answer: Salmon Onion & Cream!
Yes, I know… it’s about as “traditional Italian” as putting pineapple on pizza 😂
But hey… tastes are tastes — or as we say in Italy: “I gusti son gusti!” (and sometimes your 8-year-old self had very strong opinions).
Creamy, smoky, a little bit fancy… this pizza still has a special place in my heart (and in my stomach).
