1. ไม่มีมาตรฐานกฎหมายกลาง
- คำนี้ไม่ถูกควบคุมโดยกฎหมาย
- ไม่มีใบอนุญาตสากล
- ผู้ผลิตต้อง “กำหนดมาตรฐานเอง”

2. ต้องพิสูจน์ได้ใน 4 ด้านหลัก

(1) กระบวนการผลิต : ใช้โกโก้เต็มส่วน (ไม่แยกไขมัน), ไม่ผ่าน alkalization, หมักและตากอย่างเหมาะสม, ไม่ใส่สารปรุงแต่ง
👉 ควรมี: SOP / ภาพ / traceability

(2) คุณภาพสินค้า : เมล็ดโกโก้คุณภาพสูง ไม่มีเชื้อรา/สารปนเปื้อน
👉 ควรมี:
COA (Certificate of Analysis)
ผลตรวจ heavy metals / microbiology / moisture

(3) แหล่งที่มา : ระบุ origin ชัดเจน (เช่น single origin) ตรวจสอบย้อนกลับได้
👉 ควรมี:
- ข้อมูลเกษตรกร / ฟาร์ม
- QR code หรือระบบ traceability

(4) การสื่อสารและการใช้งาน
- อธิบายว่าใช้ในบริบท wellness / meditation / ceremony

3. จริยธรรมและวัฒนธรรม

เมื่อวันที่ 26 มีนาคม นี้ เราได้จัดส่ง Sacred Cacao - Cacao Mass 500 grams ไปยังลูกค้าที่เมืองปักกิ่ง ประเทศจีน และเป็นครั้งแรกที่เราเริ่มทำการส่งออกไป ค่าขนส่งรวมการทำ Shipping Clearing, Export & Import Tax ทำให้มีความคล่องตัวในการดำเนินการมากทีเดียว รวมถึงบริการของของก็ยอดเยี่ยม

และนี่เป็นอีกหนึ่งภาระกิจของวิสาหกิจเพื่อสังคม ในการยกระดับสินค้าโกโก้ที่ไม่ใช่เพียงเครื่องดื่มและขนม แต่เป็น Superfood ที่ยอดเยี่ยมกับร่างกายและช่วยเยียวยาใจได้ด้วย
