Last Monday on my way to the African Emancipation Village, I missed a step and went crashing down. I fell on my knee, pain for so! I was limping for three days...only three days because I attacked that injury with good ole Castor Oil. I do not know why it works but it does! I use Castor Oil for pain. After a long day's work, I usually apply it to my lower back and knees etc, elevate my feet and in the morning I am as good as new. So I used it on my aching knee, elevated my feet every night and in a couple days I was as good as new.
