牡丹黑糖糕(mudancake) 原始本質·最單純的好味道～純米製作黑糖糕、麻糬

外祖父三代行醫，日據時代開設「萬福堂中醫院」，當時交通非常不便，由竹東、關西、北埔、芎林、新埔等各鄉鎮來候診之病患很多，從早上要等到下午才可以看診，外祖母就會準備黑糖糕，給候診的病患補充一點體力。這份體貼和手藝也傳承了給她的女兒-牡丹，因此取名為「牡丹黑糖糕」，希望能將這手藝做出的純米好味道及這份體貼的暖心一直傳承下去⋯⋯
