🌾 Just some beautiful Hard White Wheat.

But the behind-the-scenes story on this one? Rough. 😅

It was only combine-cleaned when it arrived at the mill, so there was a LOT of work between that first scoop and this beautiful, clean wheat berry.

We cleaned, sorted, and processed it until we got to these lovely little berries—ready to be stone milled into fresh, wholesome flour. 🌾

There’s a whole lot of work that goes into every bag of flour you take home from Revival Mill. And honestly… we think it’s worth it. ❤️

By the time you see us at the Canyon Farmers Market tent is up, product in place and we are ready for a fun chat but there is a ton of loading and unloading going on before and after each market! 😅

When you are asked to share your passion for baking with fresh milled flour to the next generation you hop in the car and take a road trip. did not disappoint! Grain was milled, biscuits were made, children ate their creations and we met some delightful people! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

A little behind the scene today. We start each day at the mill taking Matthew 6:33 literally. The first hour of the day is spent in prayer and worship. We dedicated the mill to the Lord. It’s his mill, we are his as well. We seek him and his plan for each and every day. By the way he has great ideas!
