We FINALLY got around to making some TULSI (holy basil) TEA!! 💚 This weeks brew is mostly holy basil with lemon balm, spearmint and bee balm! A tea to relieve stress, boost immunity & reduce inflammation… among other amazing benefits. It’s great brewed hot or cold, with or without sweetener!

‘bout that time for another plantain harvest 🍃 - the star ingredient in our Heal-All Salve! Y’all have been loving it as much as we do, so it’s time for a fresh batch! ✨FUN FACT: Plantain is best known for healing wounds, as the leaves contain allantoin, a compound that promotes cell regeneration. This makes the Heal-All Salve a wonderful alternative to Neosporin!

In addition to its healing properties at the skins surface, when taken internally, Plantain can soothe digestive issues such as diarrhea and gut inflammation, as well as protect against respiratory infections, like strep, and can ease throat and mouth issues such as sore throat, canker sores and laryngitis!

For these reasons, we felt it only right to brew up a Plantain Tincture to add to our apothecary! A LIMITED amount of tinctures will be available the 2nd week of June at either Surfside Farmers Market on Tuesdays or Conway Farmers Market on Saturdays!!

Come find us in Conway this morning! We’ve got a gorgeous salad mix this week, as well as Dinosaur Kale! One and two ounce Lions Mane tinctures and 90 day supply of Lions Mane supplements are fully stocked, and we have a fresh batch of Heal-All Salve, which is great for bug bites and sunburns! SORRY - no fresh mushrooms today, but looking forward to a fresh harvest next week! 💜 Stay Witchy Y’all!
