I only sell beef that is USDA inspected. It takes 3 years of raising and growing of our cattle and I am not going to chance selling an animal that is anything other than USDA inspected. This inspection makes sure when I am selling to a family, that I have done everything in my control to make sure their purchase is as healthy as possible. I only use Cryrovac(R) vacuum packaging. raising the finest, amazing cattle I possibly know how to, and I can not bring myself to compromise their quality - or the belief my customers have in me.
