Hey folks, Papa Jay's Garden here! We enjoyed seeing everyone at the farmers market this year. We have been taking some time off from the market to get some building done out here on the ranch.

Some of our processes for growing organic sprouts and microgreens as of yet. We got our first order of super high quality sprouting/microgreen seeds and organic cocoa core in! Before we were purchasing sprouting seeds from our local food co-op which was good for getting started. Now rather than organic seed starting soil we are using 100% organic cocoa core! It's awesome watching the bricks grow before your eyes. We soak the cocoa core with our seed water that's left over after soaking the seeds for additional nutrients in the growing medium!

Hey folks. This is the Gonce family with Papa Jay's Garden. Papa Jay would have been 75 years old today. Happy birthday Dad! We have named our business in honor of Dad who always had a green thumb and once dreamed of owning a business named Papa Jay's one day. We currently are growing organic microgreens and sprouts. Look for us Saturdays at Taos Farmers Market from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM!
