We’re hitting the road this September! 🚚Atlanta BBQ Store will be making a competition delivery to the Doc Holliday BBQ Festival in Griffin, GA.

Fall is just around the corner, and for the Atlanta BBQ Store, that typically means tying up all the loose ends for the Classic—gathering trophies, finalizing the team, judge, vendor, and volunteer lists, and handling everything else that goes into putting on a big event.

While we wish we could say that is what's happening here at ABS, life events have put a pause on that for now. We are currently in a stage of life where our kids are involved in many activities, and some unexpected life changes within our family are preventing us from being the event organizers this year.

We hate that we can’t make it to year five for the Classic, but we deeply appreciate everyone who has joined us along the way to make this event happen. We couldn’t have done it without you!

While we will miss the many things that go along with this contest and seeing all of your faces in November, we hope you will all continue smoking and eating meat in parking lots, hanging out with friends, and making great memories along the way.

The Atlanta BBQ Store will still be here to supply all your BBQ needs, and we hope to get back on the trail with all of you soon!
