od very frustrating . It is so satisfying to grow and prepare your own food . Once settled, I started a small garden and my passion for fresh organic produce returned. It had been a particularly good season and the yield of basil was the best i'd known, I set forth, making oodles of pesto's, so much so, that I needed to share it with others. Feedback was encouraging and i'd get comments such as "that's the best pesto I have ever tasted". It was at this point I decided to share with you all. A lover of collectives and artisans, I approached farmers markets with my products and the rest is history.... I hope you enjoy! In addition to pesto, I use produce that's in season to make the most salivating soups, sauces and dips, straight from the garden. look out for us at Athens and Grant park farmers markets.
