Did you know Spring Valley is GAP "good agriculture practices" and FSMA food safety certified? We have an extensive food safety plan with strict guidelines. We also designed our packing facility with food safety in mind. Washable surfaces, multiple storages and traceability. All of our staff is trained in food safety and we have a full time food safety coordinator.

We will have Slicers, Persians, high tunnel tomatoes, kale, salad greens, spinach, Swiss chard, super salad, asparagus, beets, cabbage, carrots, leeks, potatoes, sweet potatoes, red onions, yellow onions, spring onions, cider, apples(Fuji, Gold Rush, Evercrisp, Aztec), honey and jars.

Another cold night last night🥶 we double covered strawberries…again😅 They are just about ready! You may see some next weekend!🍓
