Two years ago, I opened Elotes la Tejanita 🌽 with the dream to share delicious elotes with my atx community. Scratch-made and local ingredients, a vegan elote, seasonal specials and chingos of amor and care. Now in two weeks, I’ll be putting my baby to sleep as we vend at our last farmers market day on August 29.

It’s a difficult decision to say goodbye, but ultimately the best one for me & my health. Don’t y’all dare think you can unfollow, because I know I’ll be tempted to do a pop up here and there. ❤️‍🔥

Thank you to every single one of y’all who has come by and supported Elotes la Tejanita. It’s meant the world to me to see you enjoy our elotes. Who knows what lies ahead for this tejanita and her love of corn… we shall see. ✨
