What a year it has been! Back in March of 2020, before Covid-19 was a worldwide pandemic, we moved to Kolkata India! We moved here to seek partnerships with ethical and sustainable factories.
This was a move that we had been thinking of and planning for years! We had no idea what we were in for! A week after arriving the whole country of India went under a VERY strict Lockdown. This lasted for nearly 3 months. In June of 2020, we were finally able to find and move into our apartment in the heart of the city and started pursuing business partnerships.
As of right now, we have met with factories, had sample products made, and have gone into the first production run of products! We’re excited to share what we’ve been up to in the coming days. We have reviewed the product quality and each factory’s ethical and sustainable practices and have finalized a partnership with one of them! We plan to bring you along with us in the process and give you some behind the scenes of what has happened.
