Yarden of Eatin' Lawn=food. Yarden of Eatin’ offers free consultations on site to understand your unique needs and landscape.

Our focus is to create healthy, green spaces in Austin’s urban landscape by providing Austinites with edible, sustainable, beautiful gardens and landscaping. We would be honored to transform your yard into an edible Eden, what we call a “yarden,” that produces delicious food for your urban family, and helps you to create more intimate relationships between the land on which you live, and the food

which you bring to the table. We utilize the most ecologically friendly and organic practices available to increase environmental health, promote biodiversity, and to maximize food potential in your lawn and outdoor spaces. Based on your preferences, we custom design, construct, plant, and maintain your yarden. Ongoing consultation and maintenance packages are optional. We offer everything from simple raised beds, to urban coops, composting systems, and rain water collection and drip irrigation options, to total yard metamorphosis. Simply put, we are an edible landscaping and urban farming service

Urban chickens are a fantastic addition to your family and yarden!
Chickens eat dangerous garden pests, give your soil organic nutrients and fertilizers, and can provide you and your family fresh organic eggs daily!

Yarden of Eatin' loves using reclaimed materials, like these pallets, when building a home for our feathered friends.

Check out our up-cycled pallet palace that houses a happy dozen of these urban birds!
