I will be at the Sabetha Farmers Market 8-10am, Sat. 12th
Then at Sabetha TSC after 10am for their Farmers Market in the parking lot.
I will have bags of beef lung and heart, ground lung and liver food topper and both hairy cow and pig ears.

I have been slacking on the drying and now I'm low on stock. Getting back into the rhythm and have liver out thawing now. That will be the first organ replenished in about 3-4 days.
I have a limited number of bags of lung and heart available.
I also have a couple shakers of both lung and liver food toppers on hand.
