We have some small batch cheesemaking equipment for sale, best suited for processing 1000-2500 lbs of milk per batch. Drain cart, brine tank, various bloc molds and baskets, L-bar sealer, shrink tunnel, feta brine barrels, coagulation tubs. Everything is in very good condition. UPCOMING EVENT! Please join cheesemaker Anna Landmark Tuesday, February 3rd at The Deliciouser for a traditional Swiss Fondue night! Anna will be leading a live fondue demonstration featuring her new Alpine style cheese, Zentner, named after her Swiss grandfather Delmar Zentner, blended with several of Landmark's other specialty cheeses. And we'll be pairing the fondue with The Deliciouser’s Swisco Fondue spice blend for a rich, deeply flavorful main course.
