High protein snack I keep making lately 👏
Salty chips + creamy cottage cheese + fresh veggie caviar = so good.
Recipe:
Chop:
• 1/4 red bell pepper
• 1/2 cucumber
• 1/4 red onion
Add:
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• squeeze of lemon (optional)
• spray of avocado oil or olive oil
• pinch of salt
Mix and spoon over 1 serving cottage cheese.
Scoop with Boulder Canyon chips.
14g protein and so satisfying.
