High protein snack I keep making lately 👏
Salty chips + creamy cottage cheese + fresh veggie caviar = so good.

Recipe:
Chop:
• 1/4 red bell pepper
• 1/2 cucumber
• 1/4 red onion

Add:
• 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
• squeeze of lemon (optional)
• spray of avocado oil or olive oil
• pinch of salt

Mix and spoon over 1 serving cottage cheese.
Scoop with Boulder Canyon chips.

14g protein and so satisfying.

Dinner doesn’t have to be complicated to be healthy and really good. This is one of my favorite easy Costco dinners for my family of six — BBQ chicken, sweet potato, and green beans. Simple ingredients, lots of flavor, and on the table fast.♥️

BBQ Chicken
• Boneless skinless chicken thighs
• Smoked paprika
• Sea salt
• Garlic powder
• Kinder’s Hot Honey BBQ Sauce

Rub chicken with smoked paprika, sea salt, and garlic powder.
Bake at 375°F for 20 minutes.
Take out, smother with Kinder’s Hot Honey BBQ sauce, then return to oven for 3–5 minutes to caramelize. Slice and serve.

Sweet Potato
Poke with a fork and microwave 5 minutes.
Cut open and add a little butter + salt.

Green Beans
I love the Kirkland frozen green beans — they stay so crunchy.
Heat in a pan on the stove with a little avocado oil spray.
Once warm and slightly softened, season with Kinder’s The Blend (or salt, pepper, and garlic powder).

Put it all together and enjoy. Easy, healthy, and family approved✨👌🏻 CostcoChosen Foods

High Protein Tarragon Chicken Salad 🥗

This is one of my favorite easy lunches to prep for the week. It’s creamy, fresh, and packed with protein thanks to the rotisserie chicken and Greek yogurt.

½ cup of the chicken salad has 20g of protein, and when I eat it with my protein pretzels it comes to 28g of protein total. Such an easy lunch to keep in the fridge.

Recipe:
• 1 chopped rotisserie chicken
• 1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
• 3 tbsp mayo (I use Chosen Foods avocado oil mayo)
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 2 celery stalks, chopped
• ¼ cup red onion, chopped
• 2–3 tbsp fresh tarragon, chopped
• 1 tbsp Kinder’s The Blend seasoning

If you don’t have Kinder’s The Blend, use:
• 2 tsp garlic powder
• 1 tsp salt (or more to taste)

Mix everything together until well combined.

Optional add-ins if you like a little sweetness or crunch:
• dried cranberries
• chopped roasted almonds
• chopped grapes

Great with crackers, protein pretzels, in a wrap, or over greens.

Easy Protein Series: Snack Edition 🥣✨

Sour cream & onion dip… but make it high protein.

Blend together:
• 1 jar of GOOD cottage cheese
• Handful green onions
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp salt (or to taste)

That’s it. Creamy, savory, and 14g of protein per serving.

Swap the sour cream. Keep the flavor.
Scoop with Boulder Canyon chips and thank me later!

• 1 serving non-fat vanilla yogurt (I use Oikos)
• 1 tbsp peanut butter powder
• Melted dark chocolate on top
• Sprinkle of sea salt

Pop in the freezer for 10+ minutes.
Crack, scoop, enjoy. ✨

Tastes like dessert.

Super Bowl snack, but make it high protein ♥️👌🏻

Here’s the easy recipe:
• 2 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
• 1 cup Good Culture cottage cheese, blended smooth (because I can’t help myself 😏)
• ½ cup shredded cheddar
• 2 tbsp buffalo sauce (obviously, it’s a party)
• ¼ tsp salt + 1 tsp garlic powder

Mix it all, bake on 375 until melty(about 15 minutes), and dig in. 4 servings → ~28g protein each 💥
