There is something truly magical about springtime and baby season on the farm. 🐐🐣🐶🐰 Every corner of the barn seems to hold new life, tiny sounds, and little reminders of how beautiful God’s creation really is. From wobbly baby goats learning to stand, to fluffy chicks chirping under the heat lamp, to sleepy puppies cuddled together, and soft baby bunnies tucked safely in their nests — these moments never get old.

One of the greatest blessings of this life is watching our children experience it all firsthand. They are learning lessons every single day that simply can’t be taught from a workbook alone. They are learning patience while sitting quietly with newborn animals. They are learning gentleness as they carefully hold tiny bunnies and chicks in their hands. They are learning responsibility through feeding, cleaning, and helping care for animals that depend on them.

Farm life teaches children that life is precious. They learn that every animal needs care, kindness, and attention. They see firsthand the beauty of new beginnings and the importance of hard work. They learn that not every day is easy, but every day is meaningful.

Watching our boys help during kidding season has been one of the most rewarding experiences as parents. Seeing their excitement when a new baby goat takes its first steps or hearing them laugh as puppies tumble around the pen reminds us why we chose this life. These are the childhood memories we prayed they would have — muddy boots, tiny paws, baby animal snuggles, and days spent outside learning from the world around them.

There’s something special about children growing up understanding where life comes from, how to nurture it, and how important compassion truly is. The farm is teaching them more than animal care — it’s teaching them patience, empathy, responsibility, work ethic, and gratitude.

The days are long, the chores never end, and the laundry pile somehow always grows bigger during baby season… but we wouldn’t trade this life for anything. These moments are fleeting, and we are soaking up every single one of them.

From bottle babies in the kitchen, to chicks in the brooder, to bunny nests hidden in the barn, and puppies snuggled up with mama — our farm is full of life, love, and lessons we will cherish forever. ❤️

Four weeks old already… 🐾

Somehow, in the blink of an eye, these precious little corgi puppies have gone from tiny newborn babies fitting in the palm of our hands to playful, curious little personalities filling our home with life, chaos, and so much joy.

This week has felt extra emotional watching them hit so many milestones. Their little legs are getting steadier, their confidence is growing, and the puppy pen is no longer just a place for sleeping — it’s become a tiny playground full of wrestling matches, wagging tails, playful barks, and endless cuddles. Every day brings something new, and every day somehow makes us fall even more in love with them.

Their personalities are truly beginning to bloom now. Some are brave and adventurous, always the first to explore. Some are gentle and snuggly, happiest curled up in your lap. Others are tiny comedians keeping us laughing with their clumsy hops and dramatic puppy attitudes. It’s amazing how much personality can fit into such tiny little bodies.

Watching mama with her babies continues to melt our hearts every single day. The love and patience she has for them is something so special to witness. She still checks on each puppy constantly, cleans them, comforts them, and teaches them in ways only a mama dog can. We are so proud of her and so thankful for the healthy, beautiful puppies she brought into this world.

These puppies are being raised right in the middle of our family, surrounded by love, everyday sounds, children, cuddles, and constant interaction. Our boys absolutely adore helping with them and it has been such a blessing watching them learn responsibility, gentleness, and compassion through this journey. There’s something incredibly special about raising puppies while raising children at the same time — both grow so quickly, and both teach us so much about patience, love, and appreciating the little moments.

The sleepless nights, laundry piles, constant cleaning, and nonstop work are all so worth it for moments like this. Watching healthy puppies thrive is one of the most rewarding feelings imaginable. We pour our hearts into these babies every single day, and we hope it shows in how loved and confident they are becoming.

Thank you to everyone following along on this journey, supporting our program, and loving these puppies with us. Your encouragement, kind comments, and excitement truly mean more than you know.

We can’t wait to see what the next few weeks bring as these babies continue to grow into beautiful little companions. 🩵🐾

Three weeks. 🐾

It’s hard to believe these sweet little corgi babies are already three weeks old. It feels like just yesterday we were anxiously waiting for their arrival, checking on mama around the clock, praying for healthy deliveries, and now here they are… tiny personalities beginning to shine brighter every single day.

The puppy pen has slowly gone from quiet newborn squeaks to little growls, playful barks, wobbly steps, and sleepy puppy piles. Their eyes are wide open now, and they’re beginning to discover the world around them — each other’s ears and tails being their favorite toys at the moment. Watching them learn and grow has been one of the greatest blessings.

Every single puppy is so unique already. Some are bold and adventurous, some are calm and cuddly, and some are tiny little troublemakers who make us laugh nonstop. We spend countless hours loving on them, holding them, cleaning up after them, and making sure they are socialized and cared for the very best we can. Raising puppies isn’t always easy — there are sleepless nights, constant laundry, endless cleaning, and lots of worry — but every moment is worth it when you see these healthy, happy babies thriving.

Mama has been absolutely incredible through it all. The patience, gentleness, and love she shows her babies every day is something truly special to witness. She watches over them so carefully and still wants all the extra cuddles and reassurance herself too. There’s something so beautiful about seeing the bond between a mama dog and her puppies.

Our boys have loved being part of every step of this journey as well. From helping weigh puppies to sitting quietly in the pen giving tiny belly rubs, moments like these are exactly why we love this lifestyle so much. Teaching our children responsibility, compassion, hard work, and the beauty of raising animals with love and care means everything to us.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support our program, follow along on this journey, and love these puppies right alongside us. We truly appreciate every kind comment, message, and shared excitement. These babies are being raised with so much love, and we cannot wait to continue watching them grow over the coming weeks.

Three weeks down, and so many more beautiful milestones ahead. 🩵🐾

There’s something truly special about the life we are building here on the farm. It’s not always easy, and it’s definitely not glamorous every day, but it is meaningful in ways that are hard to explain unless you live it yourself. 🌾🐓🐐📚

Homeschooling and farming go hand in hand in our home. While some classrooms have four walls, ours stretches across pastures, barns, gardens, and muddy boots. Our boys are learning lessons no textbook could ever fully teach. They’re learning responsibility by feeding animals before breakfast. They’re learning patience while waiting for seeds to grow. They’re learning compassion by caring for newborn animals and understanding that every living thing depends on us.

There are early mornings, late nights, dirty clothes, and exhausted days. There are moments where we question if we’re doing enough or doing things right. But then there are the little moments that remind us exactly why we chose this life.

The excitement on a child’s face when they collect warm eggs from the coop. The pride they feel after helping bottle-feed a baby goat. The quiet conversations during chores. The laughter while working side by side as a family. The sunsets over the pasture after a long day of honest work. Those moments are priceless.

Farming has taught our family that life doesn’t have to be rushed to be successful. Some of the best lessons happen slowly. It’s taught us to appreciate the simple things — fresh air, hard work, family dinners, animals that become part of the family, and the blessing of building something together.

Homeschooling allows us the freedom to raise our children with intention. To teach them not only math and reading, but how to work with their hands, care for others, problem solve, and respect the land God has given us. We are raising children who know where their food comes from, who understand sacrifice, and who know the value of kindness and perseverance.

This life may not be perfect, but it is ours, and we are incredibly grateful for it. Every season brings challenges, but it also brings growth — for our farm, for our family, and for our hearts.

To anyone else out there chasing a slower, more intentional way of life: keep going. The hard days are worth it. The memories you are building will last far longer than the messes, the stress, or the exhaustion.

Here’s to homeschooling lessons at the kitchen table, muddy boots by the door, animals that steal our hearts, and the beautiful chaos of farm life. ❤️

Raising quality bred corgis is so much more than simply producing puppies — it’s a commitment, a responsibility, and truly a lifestyle that takes endless love, dedication, education, and heart. ❤️🐾

People often see the cute puppy photos, the fluffy ears, the bright eyes, the tiny paws, and the playful personalities… but behind every well-bred puppy is countless hours of work, research, sacrifice, and care that most people never get to see.

Every breeding we plan is done with intention. We carefully consider temperament, structure, health, genetics, personality, and the future of the breed. We spend hours researching pedigrees, studying bloodlines, learning more about canine health, and making decisions that will hopefully better the breed we love so deeply. Because to us, these dogs are never “just dogs.” They are family, companions, and a huge part of our hearts.

There are sleepless nights spent helping nervous moms during labor. There are early mornings cleaning, feeding, socializing, and making sure every puppy is thriving. There are vet visits, health testing, vaccinations, enrichment activities, and constant monitoring to ensure these babies are getting the absolute best start possible.

We celebrate every milestone — the first little bark, the first time their ears pop up, those wobbly first steps, and the way their personalities begin to shine more each day. Some are bold and adventurous, some are calm and cuddly, and some are tiny little troublemakers from the start. 😂 But every single puppy is loved deeply before they ever leave our home.

Being a breeder also means carrying a lot emotionally. We worry constantly. We pray over deliveries. We celebrate healthy litters with grateful hearts. We cry when saying goodbye to puppies we’ve poured our hearts into raising. And even after they leave, we still think about them often and love getting updates from their families as they grow.

To us, responsible breeding means producing dogs that are not only beautiful, but healthy, stable, intelligent, and loving companions that families can cherish for years to come. It means standing behind every puppy we raise and always striving to improve and learn more.

Our corgis are raised with love every single day — spoiled with attention, surrounded by family, socialized carefully, and cared for like the important little souls they are. They are part of our home, part of our routine, and part of our hearts forever.

This journey is not always easy. It takes time, patience, money, heartbreak, and dedication. But seeing one of our puppies thriving in a loving home, bringing joy, comfort, laughter, and companionship to a family makes every hard moment worth it.

We are incredibly thankful for everyone who supports our program, trusts us with their future family member, and follows along on this journey with us. Watching our little farm-raised corgis grow into beloved companions is one of the greatest blessings we could ask for. ❤️🐶

At the end of the day, this isn’t just about breeding dogs. It’s about preserving a breed we love, raising healthy and happy puppies, and putting our whole hearts into every single life we help bring into this world. ✨

This past week has been one of the most exhausting, emotional, beautiful, and rewarding weeks on the farm. ❤️🐐

There’s something so special about being out in the barn late at night, wrapped in layers against the cold, checking on mamas every few hours, waiting patiently for tiny new lives to enter the world. Sleep becomes rare, coffee becomes necessary, and somehow every single moment is still completely worth it.

We spent this week helping several of our sweet goat mamas bring their babies safely into the world, and watching it all unfold never gets old. Every labor is different. Some mamas knew exactly what to do, calm and confident from the very beginning. Others needed extra reassurance, gentle hands, encouragement, and a little extra help along the way. And through every delivery, every tiny cry, every first shaky step, we were reminded why we love this life so much.

There’s something truly magical about witnessing a newborn kid take its first breath. Watching those little ears twitch, those tiny tails wag, and those wobbly legs try so hard to stand for the first time melts your heart in ways words can’t fully explain. 🥹

This week brought long nights, messy stalls, endless towels, bottles ready just in case, nervous moments, and lots of prayers. But it also brought healthy babies, proud mamas, happy tears, and hearts absolutely overflowing with gratitude.

Some of these babies came out loud and determined from the very first second. Others needed a little encouragement before finding their strength. But every single one of them reminded us how precious life is and how incredible these animals truly are.

Farm life isn’t always easy. It’s tiring. It’s emotional. It means sacrificing comfort and sleep more times than not. But these moments make every hard day worth it. Being trusted to care for these animals during one of the most important moments of their lives is something we never take for granted.

To our sweet goat mamas — thank you for trusting us. You are strong, gentle, and amazing mothers already. And to all these beautiful new babies… welcome to the farm. ❤️

Our barn is now filled with tiny cries, bouncing little hops, sleepy milk-drunk naps, and so much joy. We are beyond thankful for healthy moms, healthy babies, and another kidding season we will never forget.

This is the kind of week that leaves you exhausted to your core… but with a heart fuller than ever. 🐐✨

Farming never has a dull moment!

We have Blanca’s daughters from the past two years here on the farm and she has blessed us with two more beautiful girls.

Her 2023 daughters are due to have babies at anytime now! I can not wait to see what these ladies produce their first year! All three of them have perfect utters and are sweet as can be.

With all the hard going on in our lives right now, we are truly blessed and grateful for these sweet babies coming into our lives.

The last two weeks so far we have had pedigree holland lop babies, pedigree corgis, and beautiful nubain girls join us.
