I wanted to pop on here and just let you all know that we are alive and well here, just not baking as much. Over the last several months, we found out we were expecting our 4th baby, fostered the sweetest little boy until he was able to go back home to his mama and sisters, went on some very fun adventures to the mountains and Hawai’i, and also found that our newest little babe will have some medical challenges to overcome (nothing too serious, she is growing strong and healthy). With all the excitement of the summer and the increased number of prenatal appointments, I just have not had the time or energy to devote a lot to baking. My sourdough starter has been a trooper though and is still very much alive and happy 😆

I just wanted to give a brief explanation as to why my page has been fairly silent the last few months. I’m hoping to pick back up as I can, but until then, here are a few pictures of what we’ve done over the summer 🥰

Just providing picture proof that I’m still around and baking 😅 Life has just been crazy, so Facebook updates have been scarce. I haven’t been baking as much “extra” lately, but I am still happy to bake an extra sourdough boule or sandwich loaf if you want one. Just shoot me a message, and we’ll get it figured out ❤️

Gluten-free sourdough! I made this one just for my family so we could try it first. But, we’re not regular GF eaters, so I’m not sure how it compares to other GF breads.

This one tastes good! It’s not quite as airy and light as my regular sourdough. It’s a little more dense, but I’ve heard that can be expected with GF bread?

UPDATE: Both loaves have been claimed ❤️I have 2 sourdough sandwich loaves available if anyone is interested!$6 unsliced...
