A couple weeks and Red Norlands will be ready. Taking orders for potatoes now. The red ones will go quickly once they are out ready to go.

You're essentially putting a timer on them. There are five reliable ways to store potatoes so they keep for months. One of them actually involves putting them right back where you found them.
