Does scrutinizing every ingredient list make you a Crabby Patty!?? We are dedicated Gluten Free and Legit Celiac Safe, and THIS…is your Real Crab Rangoon Pizza on Fattyhead, so low carb all the way! Those strips on tops are bitty slices of Fattyhead that will crisp up for a faux wonton topping.

I also have savory crab dip in freezer and am finishing Sweet Chili Crab Dip, no sugar added. You can grab pack of fattyhead to make crackers for dipping. Or if you prefer a raised dough crust, grab one of Chrisolyn's Gluten Free Bakery to make a pizza at home.

I messed up some recipe math, and need a better source for crab, so there might be slight changes on the next round. Come and get it! I have 8 savory dips, 5 pizzas and not sure on sweet dip yet.

This makes us HAPPY! Donnici's Italian Deli & Market in Excelsior Springs ROCKS, you guys, and they go above and beyond to serve the GF community, so please be on the lookout for new vendors up north in the Grab N Go Freezer at their deli. We felt like Capital C Crud when we were no longer able to provide them goods, because the store just keeps us too dang busy. Go see Mike and Carrie and enjoy goods from two other amazing dedicated GF bakers: Morgana's Gluten Free Bakery and Flavor Market and Red Ridge Farms. Isn't KC metro blessed to have so many makers and bakers servicing those who cannot have gluten??

Amy is making strange noises. I think she likes it. (See previous post). So I’ll make the dip to sell. You can buy either a pack of baked fattyhead to craft crackers at home or buy the raw FattyPounder and enclose your dip into a crab Rangoon. I suggest a half moon shape. I did 40 grams of dough to 25 grams of dip.

We are noticing a couple trends and it's full of happy-making!

1. Customers in and out of The Store in literally 30 seconds. They KNOW what they want, so they a) Park, b) Run In, c) Grab Their Goodies, d) Pay, e) Proceed with Busy Life right away without having to read a single ingredient label for fear of gluten.

2. Customers coming with with cold storage bags, grocery shopping for the week (or even month when they come from hours away). We LOVE knowing your freezer at home is stocked up for Last Minute Dinner...and Dessert Emergencies. Simplifying Life a Bit!

⛔️ Need Input Please!! How do you like your Low Carb Crab Rangoon pizza? The filling here is fairly sweet, as if you’ve already dipped it in duck sauce.

It’s real crab, but not crabby tasting enough, I don’t think so I’m getting lump crab next time. I don’t want anyone thinking it’s just a cream cheese pizza! Where’s The Beef…erm I mean: Where’s The Crab? 🦀 😂

Or would you prefer a straight up garlic, crab filling that’s not sweet at all and allow the Sugar-Free Sweet Thai Chili Sauce to add the sweetness?
