It's really sad to see people excited to shop at our store and then walk out as they audibly don't want to participate in self checkout. This happens maybe twice a week that we can hear people not wanting to check themselves out after they read our signs. And surely there's more to it than we know. But it's still sad that maybe we could have made a great relationship with a customer if only we were there.
We are working towards being able to hire staff as soon as we can!
I'm sorry we can't be there for the whole day, my family and I, we love and appreciate all of our customers. You keep us going and want to do more with our store and what we can do for the community!
There are lots of times we feel like giving up because we can't measure up to some other stores in and around our surrounding communities. But we strive to be something special for everyone.
