The Pecorino Romano DOP is an ancient sheep's milk cheese that traces back to the Roman Empire where the Roman legionaries used it as their main source of protein to sustain them on their long journeys.

Salted by hand with sea salt and aged for up to 8 months.

Pecorino Romano DOP is great to add an intense savory kick to any dish, from pastas, to soups salads and even on fish!
