Another Market. Another Load of Fresh Produce Donated for Our Community!

After yesterday’s Columbia Farmers Market, we were able to donate over 350 pounds of fresh, locally grown produce to The Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri.

Every tomato, pepper, cucumber, bean, and melon that doesn’t sell still has a purpose. Instead of going to waste, it helps put fresh, nutritious food on the tables of families throughout our community.

When you shop with Victory Garden Farms, you’re doing more than supporting a local farm. You’re helping us fulfill our mission of defeating hunger in our community.

Thank you to every customer who supports our farm each week. Your support allows us to continue growing food, serving our community, and making sure more fresh produce reaches the people who need it most.

Things are heating up at Victory Garden Farms!

Tomorrow’s harvest is loaded with fresh tomatoes, sweet peppers, and hot peppers. From mild to melt-your-face hot, we’ve got peppers for every level of heat lover.

We’ll have:

Congratulations Owen for your first place winning Poblanos at the Cooper County Fair and being selected for display at the Missouri State Fair 4H building!

As promised, we will stay true to our mission of “Defeating Hunger in Our Community One Harvest at a Time.” Even with all of your patronage this morning, we were still able to donate 225 lbs of high quality and fresh produce to TheThe Food Bank for Central & Northeast Missouri help our neighbors in need.

We want to thank everyone for coming out and supporting us today at the Columbia Farmers Market. We had an incredible day!

Tomorrow is going to be a big day at the Columbia Farmers Market!

We will be bringing roughly 1,000 pounds of tomatoes, which is a huge harvest for our farm. Whether you need a few tomatoes for sandwiches or enough for salsa, sauce, or canning, we will have you covered.
