If you want to make something fresh and with a kick, try some spicy mushrooms, fresh greens and rice. Dice up your mushrooms you picked up at the Bowie Farmer's Market. Heat a medium sized pan to medium high heat. Add a table spoon of avocado oil or butter. Finely dice some green onions and add then to pan. Cook until onions start to brown. Then add your diced mushrooms, about a 1/4 tsp of pepper, a 1/2 tsp of red pepper flakes, and a splash of soy sauce. Stir until mushrooms are coated and cook until golden brown about 6-7 min. Once your mushrooms are cooked take them out of your pan and lightly saute your fresh greens or veggies to your liking. I already had white rice made but you can steam up some rice if you like. Serve mixed or separate, your choice! Enjoy! π β€ π πΆπ₯¬
