Depending on if we get the potential rain showers or not, might be closing for the afternoon. Will play it by ear. Today is the last day of special. Advertised on Facebook only, two 3lb bags of new potatoes for $8.

It’s a tough hot dry year for local farms with not much relief in sight. I picked up a small round of New Potatoes this morning. Only a few cukes left available for this week. Need a few more days before the next picking. Plenty of New Potatoes available. Looks like a few showers tomorrow afternoon so will be packing up for that, and hopefully reopening Thursday afternoon.

With the hot weather, it’s taking a toll on what’s out there for cukes. Took the old ones out a little bit ago, put out a few fresh ones. I’ll try to keep an eye on the tray and when it gets low I’ll bring a few more out at a time. Plenty of potatoes left.

Fresh picking of cukes, great for pickling or eating fresh, and new potatoes! Weather looks great so Self Serve should be able to stay open throughout the weekend and into early next week! Thank you for supporting local!
