MIRA’S HOMEMADE IS CLOSING!
IN-SNACKTORY SALE SATURDAY & SUNDAY, DECEMBER 9 & 10, and 16 & 17 ~ 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
(See info below)
Six years and 30,000 bags of granola later (each made and packaged by hand!) we’re unplugging our dehydrators and closing up Mira’s Homemade. I naturally want to pause here and hug everyone who has supported and helped us over the years but that simply isn’t possible because while I know many of you, there are hundreds of you - from more than a dozen states who found us in more than forty stores or through our website - who I do not know. I'm thankful to each of you for buying, enjoying, and spreading the raw granola love over the years. I will surely miss making and sharing my favorite snack food with you!
I do need to single out the following people: My good husband, Lewis, who has the patience of fifty saints; Nina Berman whose praises I could sing forever IF only i could sing (her story is woven into the Wendy Story on our website: https://mirashomemade.com/the-wendy-story/); Serena Sutton whose graphic design work garnered consistent awe and high praises from serious veterans of the food industry; My mentor, Rhonda Penacale (owner of Bunn’s Natural Foods - shop there, they’re the best!!); my version of Siri who always seemed to know more than Apple's; and above all, my sweetest Scout who saved me and the business a thousand different ways before she flew the coop for Oregon last March. But about that sale...
I’LL BE SELLING MY SNACKABLE RAW GRANOLA AT 10% OFF at our in-Snacktory sale this weekend and next…! (FYI: Mira’s Homemade will still be available to buy at Whole Foods in Jenkintown, Whole Foods Plymouth Meeting, Bunn’s Natural Foods in Southampton, Doylestown Food Market, Organnons in Wrightstown, MOMs Organic Market in Bryn Mawr, and Cherry Hill NJ, Essene in Philadelphia, and Weavers Way Co-op in Ambler and Chestnut Hill, at least until they run out.) And while most of my large commercial kitchen items have been sold there is plenty left that would be useful in any kitchen or office, including dehydrators and sheets, storage containers, utensils, display shelving, shipping boxes, vendor tent, tables, craft paper, display holders, etc. I even have a commercial fridge that needs freon so it’s on super sale!
The Snacktory is located in the Masons Mill Business Park, 3501 Masons Mill Rd., Suite 402 (rear entrance). If you have any questions about the sale, please feel free to PM me.
With deep and enduring gratitude,
