I absolutely love August in Southwest Michigan! There are so many wonderful things about this month but I think my favorite thing is the fresh peaches!! Make sure you visit the Farmers Market before peach season is over! 🍑🛸

We'll have Chestnuts, Lions Mane and Italian oysters at the market Saturday August 8th. There's going to be a lot happening downtown Buchanan, kick off your morning at the market!

We whipped up the best Egg Foo Young, and almost every single ingredient came straight from Buchanan's amazing Farmers Market!

Thanks to the crisp, sweet onions at the Klug stand, the farm fresh eggs from hippie homestead and of course the amazing mushrooms we offer, this dish turned out fresh, delicious and completely out of this world! 🤩🛸🍄
