2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
1 egg
1/4 cup of chopped onion
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Oil for frying

Instructions:

Rinse the fish fillets and pat them dry with a paper towel.
Cut the fillets into small pieces and place them in a food processor or blender.
Pulse the fish until it is finely chopped, but not pureed.
Transfer the chopped fish to a mixing bowl and add the breadcrumbs, egg, chopped onion, parsley, salt, and pepper.
