Exciting news from Galin-Flory Farms,
Delicious, 2020 Blueberries are ripe and ready to sell directly to you. We are trying something new, we are selling Farm-to-You direct, at the wholesale rate of $25 per flat, approximately 10Lbs of Blueberries.
If you are venturing out, you can still find us every Saturday at the Lake Oswego and Vancouver Farmers Markets, 8:30-1:30.
Here at Galin-Flory Farms, we are starting to use social media and Facebook to market and get the word out that our Blueberries are ready for sale. Offering this new online approach for communication and orders as a new social distancing tool will help our community stay safe during this time of navigating Covid-19. So, ‘Like’ our page and please share widely with your social network and local friends.
With the slower foot traffic at the public markets, this is our call out to the community for help with navigating the new~normal, to support our new attempt at reaching folks and selling our delicious Blueberries at cost, so they do not rot on the bush, that would just be sad!
With Covid-19 changing our access to move about as freely, Galin-Flory Farms is committed to getting Blueberries out to all the Blueberry Lovers’. By making our Blueberries more accessible to the public we are taking orders online via our page and payment through Venmo, Square & PayPal. We will communicate and coordinate through FB Messenger to place orders, answer questions and set up weekly deliveries all through the Blueberry season.
Also, with Covid-19, We, at Galin-Flory Farms, are committed to safety and social distancing protocols to ensure and protect our workers and the community health. Through social distancing practices at work stations and while picking Blueberries. Making it a priority to routinely sanitize and wash hands, and wear gloves while handling the Blueberries. And immediate time off for anyone who starts to feel unwell. We will continue our deep commitment to 💯natural farming practices at Galin-Flory Farms, there are no chemicals, no sprays, no fossil fuel fertilizers used. Just pure old fashioned goodness!
As we all know, Blueberries are incredible fresh and they also freeze beautifully, so don’t wait, stock up on Galin-Flory Farm Blueberries while you still can!
